KickBoxing is a full contact combat sport based on kicking and punching. It originated from karate mixed with boxing techniques. It is mostly practised for self-defence, general fitness and as a full contact sport.
WuShu (Sanda) is the official chinese full contact combat sport. It is based on traditional kungfu and modern combat fighting techniques which includes close range and rapid successive punches, kicks with wrestling, takedowns, throws and sweeps.
Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle group such as standing, grasping, etc. They are intended to increase strength, fitness and flexibility through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, stretching , jumping , etc.
