About Us

Why Lakshh Kickboxing

We believe in Speed, Stamina and strength. We provide skilled training to students in various forms of martial arts such as Kung fu, Kickboxing, Wushu(Sanda), Self-Defence for women and Calisthenics. Our club is associated with ALL MUE HU GURUKUL KUNG FU ASSOCIATION since 2017 . Our students also participate in various tournaments at regional and state level. We also conduct seminars for corporate people, school children and college girls.

What we offer

Our Activity

Kung Fu (Northern Style)

The Northern Sholin style of kung fu is
one of the prominent traditionl martial art.
It emphasises on long
range techniques, quick
advances, wide stances, kicking , quickness and agility.

Self-Defence

Self defence is mainly used counter an immediate threat of violence. It includes closed combat , hand to hand combat, punches , kicks and blocks and dis-arming techniques during armed cobat situations.

KickBoxing

KickBoxing is a full contact combat sport based on kicking and punching. It originated from karate mixed with boxing techniques. It is mostly practised for self-defence, general fitness and as a full contact sport.

Wushu (Sanda)

WuShu (Sanda) is the official chinese full contact combat sport. It is based on traditional kungfu and modern combat fighting techniques which includes close range and rapid successive punches, kicks with wrestling, takedowns, throws and sweeps.

Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle group such as standing, grasping, etc. They are intended to increase strength, fitness and flexibility through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, stretching , jumping , etc.

Weapons Training

Weapons training includes art of using weapons such as nun-chaku, sword , long staff, etc for self defense purpose.
